I set up Variorum because I am enthusiastic about working with all sorts of
text. I am prepared to consider work in all genres, and I am totally committed to quality and punctuality while keeping the costs down. I provide
proofreading and copy editing (on-screen and hard-copy), transcription of typed and hand-written text to MS-Word, and project management (including
proofreading, copy editing, liaison with publisher, typesetter, editorial board, attendance at meetings - no travel expenses within M25).

Currently completing project management (including liaison
with publisher and typesetter, copy-editing and proofreading) of a book on the British artist
Cecil Collins.
- Three further books on cultural topics are in preliminary stage
- Proofreading and copy editing trained with Writers Bureau and Chapterhouse
- Associate Member of Society for Editors and Proofreaders (SfEP)
- Published writer of prose and poetry
- Background in Local Government and IT Product Management
- Several years of study in music, Sanskrit, philosophy and the arts.
