EXPERIENCE I have 35 years' experience in departmental government administration and project management, with the last 22 years being spent in Human Resources, dealing with recruitment, conditions of service, applying departmental guidance and giving advice on a wide range of personnel matters. During the last four years I have carried out hard copy and on-screen work for the Department for Work and Pensions.
